THE PEOPLE BEHIND YOUR PROJECT
Specialist manufacturing.
A clear point of contact.
Wedge Wire Works is a dedicated wedge wire screen team within KUNYU Group, operated by Zhejiang Kunyu Wire Mesh Co., Ltd. in Zhejiang, China.
Our role is to turn your equipment requirement into a clear screen enquiry: the right geometry, material, slot opening and order details. We coordinate with specialist manufacturing partners and keep the specification and commercial discussion with one team.
Whether you are developing an OEM component or replacing an existing screen, we start with how it fits, what it handles and what you need to verify.
MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES
Built around the screen’s working duty.
Our manufacturing partner’s range covers flat, curved and cylindrical profile-wire constructions for filtration, separation and dewatering.

- Profile wire & support construction
- V-shaped surface wire is welded to support rods to create continuous slots. Wire profile and support layout are selected around the required screen form and loading.
- Material options for the process
- Options include 304, 316L and duplex 2205 stainless steels, with other alloys reviewed by application. Material selection depends on the medium, temperature and corrosion conditions.
- Custom dimensions & interfaces
- Panels, cylinders and fabricated assemblies can be discussed against drawings or measured dimensions, including frames, flanges, supports and connection details.
- Agreed specification before production
- Confirm the nominal slot, tolerance, flow direction and acceptance criteria for the proposed construction. Final feasibility and supply terms are confirmed in the quotation.
