Ask about your projectCan you manufacture a screen to our drawing?
Yes. Send your drawing with its revision, dimensions, units, nominal slot, material and quantity. We review the construction, mounting interfaces and operating duty with the manufacturing partner before confirming the quotation. Drawings in inches or millimeters are welcome; identify the units and tolerances clearly.
Can you help replace an existing screen?
Send the original drawing if available, or clear photographs and measured dimensions. Include the equipment model, mounting details, flow direction and any wear or performance problems. Critical fit dimensions and service requirements need to be confirmed before production.
Which materials and slot openings can I specify?
Start with your required grade, nominal slot and tolerance. Common enquiries include 304 and 316L stainless steel; other alloys and fine-slot designs need a construction-specific review. Material suitability and achievable dimensions are confirmed for the actual screen and service conditions.
What is the minimum order? Can I request a sample?
MOQ and sample availability depend on screen form, dimensions, material and any tooling required. Tell us the trial quantity and expected repeat demand so these can be reviewed and priced in your quotation.
How are price and production lead time confirmed?
We confirm price and production lead time after reviewing the drawing, material, quantity and inspection requirements. Share your required delivery date and destination, including the ZIP or postal code for US and Canadian shipments. Freight and transit arrangements are confirmed with the delivery terms.
What inspection records and packing can be arranged?
Identify the material records, slot checks, critical dimensions and any third-party inspection required at quotation stage. Agree the inspection scope, product identification and protective packing before the order. Documents and packing details must relate to the actual screen and agreed supply scope.
