PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS

Screen head: 
  Head diameter, effective screen length and overall envelope.

Slot & media: 
  Required slot opening and tolerance, media type and smallest particle to retain.

Material: 
  Required stainless grade and compatibility with the process and cleaning medium.

Thread designation: 
  State NPT, BSPT, BSPP or another standard, nominal size and male / female form. They are not interchangeable.

Mounting dimensions: 
  Hole diameter, floor or tube-sheet thickness, gasket seat and nut / bolt access.

Service flow: 
  Flow per nozzle, number of nozzles, operating direction and permitted headloss.

Backwash conditions: 
  Water / air backwash rates, direction, pressure difference and operating sequence.

Assembly scope: 
  Screen head, stem, fasteners, seals and any testing or inspection documents required.
