PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS

Media to retain: 
  Resin or media type, particle size distribution and smallest particle to be retained.

Slot opening: 
  Required opening and tolerance, selected around the actual media and process duty.

Element dimensions: 
  Outside diameter, effective screening length, overall length and housing clearance.

Material: 
  State the required grade, operating medium, temperature and regeneration or cleaning chemicals.

End connection: 
  Flange, mounting face, seal dimensions, insertion length and removal access.

Flow conditions: 
  Normal and maximum flow with units, flow direction and expected solids or media loading.

Differential pressure: 
  Operating, cleaning and maximum allowable differential pressure across the screen element.

Supply boundary: 
  Element only, mounting parts or a separately reviewed complete assembly.
