  Cylinder diameter, effective length, element count and the available tank envelope.

Connection: 
  Outlet size, flange / mounting drawing, orientation and seal details.

Mechanical conditions: 
  Aeration, carrier impact, differential pressure and required support arrangement.

Hydraulic requirement: 
  Permitted headloss, fouling allowance and any cleaning / air-scour requirements.
